Unclaimed Diamonds guarantees that any Diamond sold by us is a genuine diamond, and is exactly as represented in all aspects. We also guarantee that the material used in the manufacturing of the jewelry item(s) will meet or exceed the requirements of the Federal Trade Commission. Furthermore if the jewelry purchased from Unclaimed Diamonds does not appraise higher than your purchase price, we will refund your money. Appraisal must be provided by a G.I.A. Graduate Gemologist and be for insurance purposes only.

What Does This Warranty Cover? |
| |
This warranty covers any defects in manufacturing which would cause a diamond or gemstone to fall out of its setting; in addition to any defects which would cause the item(s) to be unwearable. |

How Long Does The Coverage Last? |
| |
This warranty lasts for a period of (6) months from the date of purchase and is not transferable. |

What Will Unclaimed Diamonds Do? |
| |
Unclaimed Diamonds will replace any Diamond or Gemstone from a manufactured defective setting. We will fix or replace any part or material, at our discretion that has a manufactured defect-one which would affect the wearability of the item. |

What Does The Warranty Not Cover? |
| |
Unclaimed Diamonds will not replace Center diamonds or gemstones in Engagement rings or Wedding Sets as well as any other jewelry items with a mounted stone 10pts or greater, as these items should be insured by the purchaser. We will not cover any item, that at our discretion has shown excessive wear or that has been mistreated or used in a manner not intended by the manufacture. We will not cover any repairs or alterations not preformed by Unclaimed Diamonds or its representatives. |
